Where can I pay my bill?

You can pay your bill online at www.proliancesurgeons.com/billpay. You can also pay your bill by calling our billing department at (253) 445-1844 or in person at our clinic.

How much will my surgery/procedure cost?

For surgeries or procedures, it’s difficult to know the exact costs in advance because no one knows exactly what services you’ll need.  In addition, you may have a deductible, copay, or coinsurance that will affect the amount you will need to pay for your surgery/procedure.

On your behalf, our benefits coordinator will contact your insurance carrier to determine what benefits you have and the estimated cost.  She will then contact you to discuss your benefits and answer any questions you may have.  Payment for your estimated responsibility is due 3 days prior to your surgery/procedure.

We recognize that insurance benefits and costs can be confusing.  We are committed to doing our best to help you understand your benefits and the cost to you.

What insurance plans do you accept?

We accept many different insurance plans. Listed below are just a few we have worked with in the past. Please check with our billing department to determine if we accept your insurance plan. Billing department can be reached during regular working hours at (253) 445-1844.
